I had made several attempts to lose weight on my own.  The results were minimal and quite discouraging.  I was punishing myself with water, salads and just walking.  I had reached a point where I couldn't lose any more weight, much less keep any of the weight "off".  Whew, it was exhausting and frustrating! 

Thanks to Mel Johnson, I have passed my goal weight and am currently maintaining my weight loss.  I can enjoy the regular foods that everyone else enjoys, without the guilt and the discouragement.  Further more, I can take a fall and get up without injuries, because I am physically fit.  Not only am I fit........I'm MJohnson"FIT"!
