M Johnson Fitness Camp
If you want the most dynamic training experience with people who look like and feel like you, this is the way to go! This program is designed to drive RESULTS - quickly and safe. Camp is always fun, safe, and different each day. Open to women and men of all ages, sizes, and fitness levels. All that's needed to participate is an exercise mat, a water bottle, 5-8 lb dumbbells (10-12 lbs for men), running shoes, and a winning attitude.

21 Day Transformation
Are you the weight you want to be? Do you own a pair of jeans you can't fit anymore? How would you feel if you could wear your old clothes again? The 21 Day Transformation is a rapid fat loss boot camp designed to get amazing results in the shortest time possible. This program comes with a 21 Day Accelerated Results eating program to ensure you benefit. This program allows you unlimited access to any class you want to participate in.

Private/Corporate Fitness Camp
Private/Corporate Fitness Camp is determined by you and you only. Gather your family, friends, or co-workers together and start your own location. Simply tell us what days and times are best for you and we will bring our proven results to where you are. No equipment or gyms are needed. All we need is open space whether it's an empty office, backyard, or nearby park. The format is the same as our public Fitness Camps except the smaller class offers even more individualized attention and themed workouts to target specific needs.

Personal Training
Let's face it, boot camp training isn't for everyone and we recognize that. For those that prefer the one-on-one fitness environment, we offer that too! Receive private attention where your personal goals are achieved through training programs based on scientific evidence. Attain superior health and fitness results from having us come to your home with our equipment to give you an intense workout. Nutritional advise is given weekly to ensure you have all the tools necessary to be successful.
1:1 Training: 6 month or 12 month options
